ALL ATTENDEES must pre book their spot in each class at least 2hrs prior to class start time, failure to do so will result in not being able to participate.
Classes fill up fast, so we advise members to book 1 week in advance to reserve your spot. Do not overbook yourself, if you miss a class, a cancellation fee of $12.60 will apply. Bookings through a punch card or membership can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hrs prior.

Youth Martial Arts Programs
MARTIAL TOTS / Ages 4 - 7
This class was created by Keri Scarr. It is designed as a stranger awareness program that includes a variety of Martial Arts. Classes are always different giving the opportunity for young ones to learn Shotokan + Yoshukai Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Basic Jiujitsu, Boxing and Self Defense. This class gives Parents a good idea what martial art their child may be most interested in for the future. Tots are taught through fun games that assist with confidence building while learning how to protect themselves in different situations.
Youth BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU / Ages 8 - 15
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the greatest forms of self-defense that your kids should learn !! The Carlson Gracie system focuses on leverage and the use of proper technique over strength. Kids will learn about body dynamics, positioning, submissions, escapes and reversals for many different basic scenarios. The program will challenge your child with focus and concentration while incorporating fitness and fun in as well. Gi Uniform and Mouth Guard are REQUIRED - Available at Crusher Combat Sports.
MMA KIDS / Ages 8 - 15
This class gives kids the opportunity to try Mixed Martial Arts which includes a variety of disciplines such as Karate, Kickboxing, Freestyle wrestling, basic jujitsu, boxing and self defense. MMA Kids learn to work together with partners from stretching to pad work improving on focus and concentration while incorporating fitness and building their confidence. Kids are taught with structure but in a fun class setting using games and different challenges to keep them motivated while learning something new !
Boxing, Kickboxing & MMA Classes
MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
"Thai Boxing" originates from Thailand. It is an indigenous form of Martial Art like no other. It performs the science of eight limbs using hands, feet, elbows and knees also combined with stand up grappling. Muay Thai emphasizes on offense and defensive training while conditioning your strength and stamina. Kickboxing is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness required for combat that now people all over the world can learn. Sparring is optional. (BASIC classes recommended for New Students)
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
UFC-Ultimate Fighting Championships have done wonders for MMA and it is now one of the fastest growing sports in the world ! Mixed Martial Arts teaches a combination of Striking, Defending, Takedowns, Submissions, positioning, and reversals that are all covered in this class giving you the complete workout package that will challenge you in many ways. – its' a human chess game where there's always something new to learn!!.
Wrestling & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes
FREESTYLE WRESTLING
One of the world's oldest organized Olympic sports that is practiced throughout the world. The ultimate goal is to takedown or throw and PIN your opponent for the win. It's defiantly a complete full body workout that involves technique, skill and cardio. This class welcomes all ages 8yrs plus and can be modified for all fitness levels whether your wanting to compete or a kid just wanting to learn!!
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
BJJ is a martial art and combat sport thats self-defense system focuses on leverage and proper technique over strength.. It is one of the world's fastest growing martial arts used not only by professional MMA fighters and law enforcement but is now a martial art that anyone can do of any age and fitness level. You can guarantee patient and detailed instruction followed with a great workout! Instructor is Black belt- Professor Mike Jorgensen. affiliated with CARLSON GRACIE JUIJITSU under South Island BJJ- Hank Panek + Marcus Soares BJJ.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY CLASSES THAT CCS OFFERS INCLUDING KICKBOXING, MMA, WRESTLING, BOOTCAMPS AND 30min Circuit training !! YOU WILL ALSO HAVE FULL USE OF THE EXERCISE ROOM UPSTAIRS INCLUDING WEIGHTS AND CARDIO EQUIPMENT !! CLASSES ARE DESIGNED AROUND THE PARTICIPANTS USING BATTLE ROPES , SLEDS , BURN MACHINES, VERSACLIMBERS. Fit tests, workout journal, weigh-ins & measurements are included!

If you like the concept of circuit training combined with kickboxing, this may be the class for you! An intense 1 hour session challenges your body and mind with extreme cardio, fitness, and weight training combined with Kickboxing & MMA elements. Anyone at any age or fitness level can take this class but be prepared for a hard workout! Highly recommend this class if you're on the Sweat Your Butt OFF program or looking to shed a few pounds!
